How To Cure Yourself Of Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

The recent news "Madonna has panic attacks" is really surprising. She's the most confident lady. She has been playing in front of millions of people for around 30 years. No one can guess it with a high caliber person like her.

But Madonna’s experience isn’t uncommon.

Many people experience anxiety/panic attack at some point in their lives. Everyone is worried and troubled in the modern age.

Anxiety may remain in the back ground for you, or it may gradually build up. Where as panic attack comes without warning and overwhelms you.

However, nothing to worry about it. There's a way to cure yourself of anxiety and panic attacks. Yes, there is!

First know that Anxiety or panic attack is not a disease. It’s a state of mind reflected in your body. Your body responds to the messages send by your mind.

Though the situation is totally safe, but your mind interprets it as unsafe, then your body will respond to what you think. So you have to change the way you think to relieve yourself from anxiety and panic attack.

Don't give utmost priority to past incidents brooding over them all the time. And don't worry about what will happen tomorrow or in future. You can plan your future but stay in present.

When you get anxiety/panic attacks, tell to yourself “It will pass away slowly. It can't harm me. I'll be alright and feel better." Then breath slowly and deeply.

Madonna also says she turns her back on the audience, takes a deep breath and reminds herself it’s all temporary.

So remember that you are not your mind. Don't identify yourself with your negative thinking patters. Be neutral when your mind says something to you.

If you practice this disidentification (that is how not to react to your own mind), you can cure yourself of anxiety and panic attacks for ever.

You can also cure yourself anxiety and panic attack with The Linden Method and Calming Words.
