Generalized Anxiety Disorder-Cognitive Behavior Therapy
If you feel too much, uncontrollable and irrational worry about everyday things, you are suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
This interferes with your daily activities. Then you may face problems at every step in your life. You may very much concern about everyday matters such as money, health issues, work difficulties and family problems. It becomes an endless loop.
Then you will have a variety of physical symptoms like fatigue, headaches, muscle tension, muscle aches, difficulty swallowing, trembling, twitching, irritability, sweating, and hot flashes.
Everyone gets worried sometimes and relaxes later. It's very common. But if you have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, you stay worried, fear and cannot relax.
Sometimes you may not have a clear reason, but you feel tense and worried all day long. You may also have aches and pains for no reason and feel tired a lot.
Remember, anxiety never kills you. So nothing to worry. You have good medication and psychotherapy.
Since the General Anxiety Disorder is basically the outcome of mind and thinking patters, I strongly recommend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
It's very effective. CBT helps you how to look at the world and yourself. Your negative thoughts create negative emotions. So know them and change those negative thoughts before they trigger your psychological problems.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy helps you get this awareness and improves the way you think. You will learn how to identify automatic negative thoughts that contribute to your anxiety. Then almost 100% you can feel relaxed.
Only you can change the way you think. So get out of the negative thinking pattern with CBT. Then everything falls in a place!
