Cures For Panic Attack And Depression
If you understand how your mind and body work together, you can easily cope and cure your panic attack and depression.
The way you think, the way you react to your life situations and thought process is very important. If you have positive thoughts and if you react positively for every life situation that arises in your life, you won't become panic or depressed.
In other words, you've to change your thoughts (irrational ideas) and beliefs to get rid of panic attack and depression. Your beliefs about situations determine how you react in those situations.
For example, the belief that you are 'depressed' (only a mere label), may give you a feeling of certain. And your mind will then find ways to support that belief. Then this will in turn affect your physiology. You begin to feel many symptoms in your body.
On the other hand, if you just say to yourself "Now I feel some of the symptoms of a state of depression. This is not a permanent state. It will definitely pass away", you won't be a victim.
Remember, a state is only temporary. It'll never be a life sentence.
There's another important thing. You should never worry or become panic at your own conditioned mind. Every one's mind is conditioned in a peculiar way. And our reaction and emotional response entirely depends on that previous conditioning.
So when your mind interprets a situation in a negative way, don't respond to it emotionally. Take deep breaths slowly. Cope with it. And then try to find positive dimension for the same thought/situation.
Tell yourself you are not your mind. Tell yourself your are not going to identify with it (for more details see Calming Words).
Every life situation has two dimensions. The way you look at it, changes your perception. And you create your own reality with the way you perceive things.
So the way you look at things is very crucial. Always look at things positively. Don't yield to your own mind. Then you'll certainly beat depression and panic attacks very easily.
